Prism Ridge Persians Cattery guarantees the general health of this kitten and warrants the kitten is free of FELV, FIV & PKD. Kittens are either from direct DNA tested parents or out of DNA tested negative lines. There is no guarantee against any viral, fungal, bacterial or parasitic conditions. All vaccinations are up-to-date. The seller will replace the kitten if it should die of a genetic defect on or before its first birthday, providing that Prism Ridge Persians is still breeding. Such a defect would have to be in evidence in a veterinary autopsy report provided to the seller from the buyer. Prism Ridge Persians Cattery will not be responsible for purchaser’s veterinarian expenses at any time. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will not be given, only a replacement kitten of equal quality.

The Seller recommends the Buyer take the kitten to a veterinarian for a health check within 72 hrs of delivery. The Buyer has 5 days from receipt to return the kitten for replacement if a life threatening defect is discovered.

All sales are final. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

The kitten is being sold as a pet and not for breeding purposes. The buyer agrees to have the kitten spayed or neutered before breeding age and only then, with the presentation of a veterinary certification that the kitten has been altered will the CFA or ACFA Registration papers be signed over to the buyer. If the breeder should ever find out that this cat has been used for breeding purposes the buyer understands that they will immediately be taken to court. Buyer will be responsible for all court costs incurred by the breeder.
